  • 1/4 cup Clamato Juice optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the shrimp by boiling them in water for 1-2 minutes until opaque and pink, then chill in ice water for 5 minutes.

  3. Marinate the shrimp in fresh lime and lemon juice for at least 15 minutes.
