  1. Wash and hull 2 cups of fresh strawberries. Place them in a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup lime juice and 1/4 cup agave nectar to the blender and blend on low for an additional 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to catch any pulp.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of chilled club soda just before serving and gently stir.
