Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull 1½ cups of strawberries. Blend with ¼ cup pineapple juice until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Rinse blender and blend 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, ½ cup crushed ice, ¾ cup pineapple juice, and ¾ cup coconut milk until smooth, 30-45 seconds.
  3. Pour the strawberry base into glasses until 25% full and top with the coconut mixture.
  4. Garnish each glass with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a whole strawberry.
