Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing diced chicken breasts, barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper in a ziptop bag. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or set the oven to 425°F for even cooking.
  3. Assemble the foil packs by placing marinated chicken in the center of a foil sheet, surrounded by vegetables and drizzled with olive oil.
  4. Seal the foil packets tightly to trap steam for optimal cooking.
  5. Cook the foil packets on the grill for 9-10 minutes or in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  6. Serve the packed foil barbecue chicken immediately after unwrapping, garnished with green onions.
