Step-by-Step Instructions for Healthy Sesame Chicken
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Cook white rice and green beans according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add cubed chicken to the pan, sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Whisk together coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  5. Remove cooked chicken from skillet and set aside in a bowl.
  6. Pour sauce mixture into skillet, bring to a gentle boil, stirring for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, toss in the sauce until well-coated, continue on low heat.
  8. Serve chicken over rice, add green beans, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle lime juice on top.
