Step-by-Step Instructions for Quick Blackstone Lo Mein
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sriracha, oyster sauce, and rice vinegar to create a marinade. Add chicken, coat well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Noodles: Boil salted water and cook spaghetti noodles until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat the Griddle: Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook Chicken and Vegetables: Drizzle oil, add marinated chicken and mixed vegetables. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
