Preparation Steps

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Soak the Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the Kabobs: Alternate threading marinated chicken and vegetables onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
  6. Grill the Kabobs: Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Rest and Serve: Remove kabobs from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
