- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until the butter melts and foams, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add 2 sliced yellow onions to the skillet and sauté slowly, stirring often for about 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
- Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Season with salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
