Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil, gently lower in the eggs, and boil for 9-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes before peeling.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a mixing bowl, mixing with Dijon, mayonnaise, and salt until smooth.
  4. Add chili garlic oil to yolk mixture, blending well and adjusting spice level.
  5. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites or use a piping bag for filling.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh herbs before serving.
