Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Marinate Steak: Place the cubed sirloin steak into a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the pieces. Seal tightly, massage the marinade into the steak, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Prepare Grill & Veggies: Preheat grill to 425°F. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble Kebabs: Thread marinated steak cubes onto soaked skewers, alternating with veggies. Aim for 3-4 pieces of steak per skewer.
