  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Recommended as a finishing touch.

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully open each Medjool date and remove the pit, then lay the dates flat on the lined baking sheet.
  2. Gently press down on each date to flatten them to about half an inch thick.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of peanut butter over each smashed date.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, then drizzle over the peanut butter-covered dates.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer to allow the chocolate to set for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once the chocolate has hardened, sprinkle flaky salt over each date, then serve and enjoy!
