- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough and place on baking sheets with adequate spacing.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes until the edges are golden but centers are still soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 20 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
