Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries.
  7. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough and place on baking sheets with adequate spacing.
  8. Bake for 12-13 minutes until the edges are golden but centers are still soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 20 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
