- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and cut it into 6 equal strips.
- Skewer each hot dog with a bamboo skewer, leaving space for cheese.
- Wrap each strip of dough around the hot dog and pinch the ends to seal them.
- Roll each wrapped hot dog in everything seasoning.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice the Monterey Jack cheese into fun shapes while the Sparkler Dogs bake.
- Remove from oven and skewer the cheese shapes onto the top of each hot dog.
