  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup honey or agave as substitutes
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika swap for regular paprika if desired
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust for spice tolerance
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or 1-2 minced fresh cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder fresh onions can be used
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper adjust according to preference
For the Garnish

Method
 

Roasting Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Mix olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat cauliflower florets in the sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread coated florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and tender.
  8. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with cilantro or parsley before serving.
