Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate Beef: Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add beef slices and coat well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Stir-Fry Beef: Add marinated beef in a single layer and cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes. Flip for even cooking and then remove from skillet.
  5. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Create Sauce: Add beef broth to deglaze the pan. Return cooked beef and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  7. Combine with Noodles: Toss in cooked noodles, folding them into the beef and sauce for 1-2 minutes until coated.
  8. Garnish: Transfer to serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve Immediately: Enjoy your Sticky Beef Noodles hot with a side of steamed veggies or cucumber salad.
