- Begin by lightly spraying the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onions, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- With the beef mixture in the slow cooker, add the dark red kidney beans, petite diced tomatoes, frozen corn, kosher salt, black pepper, and chipotle powder. Stir until fully combined.
