  • 1 package Frozen Meatballs Choose pre-cooked varieties for convenience.
For the Sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Chunks Drained
  • 1 bottle (18 oz) Barbecue Sauce Select your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Coconut sugar is a good substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Tamari or coconut aminos for gluten-free.
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch Optional, for thickening.
  • 1 tbsp Water Use to create a slurry with cornstarch.

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker by plugging it in and setting it to low heat.
  2. Combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add frozen meatballs and pineapple chunks to the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs and pineapple.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Optionally, thickening the sauce by adding a cornstarch and water slurry.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot as an appetizer or over rice.
