  • 1 whole fresh pineapple ripe and juicy

Cooking Steps
  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice pineapple into thick rings or wedges. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 200°C / 400°F).
  3. Remove chicken from the marinade and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Grill pineapple slices for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
  5. Let chicken and pineapple rest before serving. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with remaining marinade.
