Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings, then place them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  5. Line a baking sheet with foil, place a greased wire rack on top, and arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
  6. Bake the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through.
  7. For added crispness, broil for the last 3 to 5 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
