Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and chopped vegetables. Blend until smooth.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a surface and spread a generous portion of the cream cheese mixture evenly across it.
  3. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a cylinder, pressing down gently as you go.
  4. Slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick rounds to create pinwheels.
  5. Refrigerate the sliced pinwheels for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and pair with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
