Method
 

Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and pure vanilla extract until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixed base into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions for about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Transfer the churned mixture into an airtight container, freeze for at least 4 hours.
Strawberry Ice Cream
  1. Wash, hull, and slice fresh strawberries, then combine them with granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Using a blender, puree half of the macerated strawberries until smooth, and combine this puree with the cream mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for about 20-25 minutes.
