- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans with oil or butter, coating with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, and mild oil until smooth. Add granulated sugar and dark brown sugar, blending until silky and creamy.
