Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into patties, roughly the size of your palm, and chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of cooking oil.
  4. Add the patties to the hot skillet in batches, cooking each for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  5. For extra cheesiness, sprinkle some cheddar on top during the last minute of cooking and cover with a lid.
