Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream and chicken broth over medium heat. Whisk in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. To thicken the sauce, create a slurry by mixing all-purpose flour with water until smooth. Gradually whisk this into the simmering sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Lay flatbreads or pita bread on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce over each, followed by cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and baby spinach. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven or air fry for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove pizzas from the oven/air fryer, cool slightly, cut into portions, and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce on the side.
