- Coat the chicken cutlets evenly with the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast your sandwich buns cut-side down on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
