  • 4 slices Bacon Crispy, crumbled bacon
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Sliced for garnishing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut your potatoes into uniform 1-inch chunks. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to 400°F to ensure even cooking.
  3. Transfer seasoned potato chunks onto a large piece of heavy-duty foil and fold tightly to create a sealed packet.
  4. Place the foil packet on the preheated grill and grill for 10 minutes. Then flip the packet and grill for another 10 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, open the foil carefully and sprinkle cheese and bacon over the potatoes, then toss in parsley. Close packet and grill for another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove the packet from the grill, let sit for a minute, open, and garnish with green onions before serving.
