Preparation Steps
  1. Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Slice the English cucumbers into thin rounds.
  3. Cut the jalapeño peppers into rounds, removing seeds for a milder spice.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion.
  5. Chop fresh cilantro and combine it with sliced onion, cucumbers, and jalapeños in a mixing bowl.
  6. Gently toss the mixture to evenly distribute all ingredients.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and sprinkle salt.
  8. Toss again until well coated, then serve immediately or chill for 20-30 minutes.
