  1. Begin by boiling petite red potatoes for about 5-6 minutes until they are just tender but not fully cooked. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Assemble your kabobs by skewering quartered corn and slightly cooled potato pieces, ensuring some space for even grilling. Thread sausage and shrimp onto separate skewers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill corn and potato skewers for 10-12 minutes, then add sausage and shrimp skewers for an additional 5 minutes, brushing with marinade.
