Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilling Buffalo Turkey Sliders
  1. In a spacious mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, celery, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into four portions and shape each into a 1/2-inch thick patty. Make a slight thumb indentation in each patty.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes without moving them, then flip and grill for another 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. In the last minute, place buns cut side down on the grill to toast and add cheese on top of patties to melt.
  6. Assemble the sliders: layer a toasted bun, romaine lettuce, turkey patty, slice of tomato, and extra buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
