- In a spacious mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, buffalo sauce, breadcrumbs, celery, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide mixture into four portions and shape each into a 1/2-inch thick patty. Make a slight thumb indentation in each patty.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
