  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
For Grilling
  • Wooden Skewers Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.

  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and preparing the pineapple and red onion.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  4. Add cubed chicken to the marinade, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Assemble skewers by threading marinated chicken, pineapple, and onion onto soaked skewers.
